Sending Daddy our love on Memorial Day & playing at the park!!!

I just want to start off by saying a quick thanks to every single man and woman who has served or is serving in the armed forces... Thank you so very much for the sacrifices you willingly make! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I got the girls so cute new tanktops that say I love Daddy on them... I got some cute pictures of them wearing them to show Daddy... so here are the cute pictures! :)

Ireland and Chloe just after giving eachother kisses... I tried to get them mid-kiss... but the camera was being too slow... but still a little cute! ;)
This is Ireland doing her "hula dance" or something like that... she just likes to show off for the camera! I can't get a picture of her just smiling... she is always doing something in them. She is such a ham!

Here she is again posing... she said this one was her "beautiful and adorable" pose! Where does she get this stuff?!

This is the only picture I got of Chloe. She wasn't in the picture taking mood. And I didn't notice until I posted the picture, but she fully has toothpaste on her face... but it was the only good picture so I had to use it! Hey, at least you all know that I brush my kids teeth! lol

Again... Ireland posing! What can I say? I know Chloe has her eyes closed... but I do what I can!

We had really nice weather today. So we went to the park! We have a park right down the street from us so the girls love to go as often as the weather lets us!

Here are the girls jumping on the shaking bridge. Ireland would jump and Chloe would laugh so hard! It was pretty funny to watch. I am not sure why i chose to take a picture of the back of them instead of the front... but I did! Oh well! Haha

There is this under the play structure... it has a little counter thing and the girls like to play that it is a booth... like for selling things and such. They "sell" popcorn, frappacinos, and tickets to concerts (which they perform princess songs usually). Chloe is giving me my ticket in this picture.

Another picture of them in their "booth" selling stuff! Ireland made up the little game but Chloe loves to play it too!
Well, hope you all enjoyed the picutres! And thanks again to all our Troops! Happy Memorial Day!!!!

Fun visitors!! :)

My sister and Camdyn got to come for a little visit! It was lots of fun to see them and we got to do some fun stuff! The weather is finally starting to warm up so one day we went to the zoo. The kids had lots of fun! Cassie, Ellis, and Alaire got to join us too! So we had a big gang and it was so much fun!

Camdyn was so excited to ride the tiger! She saw it while we were waiting in line and was really excited to ride that one! It was so funny...

Ellis wasn't as excited. He started off on this monkey, but when the music started and the monkey started to go up and down, he didn't like it at all... so he came and joined Chloe and me on the peacock bench (Chloe didn't like the animals either). But they both enjoyed the bench just fine!

This was taken the morning Aunt Sissy and Camdyn had to go home... this is one of the few times you will see Camdyn and Chloe sitting next to eachother... they are so close in age that it is kind of hard for them to get along sometimes! But we all know they really do love eachother and will be bestfriends... we just have to wait for it! Haha!

I think this picture is so funny... Ireland and Chloe were riding on the sit-n-spin together... They are starting to play together really well. I love seeing them get along and act like the actually like eachother! :)

This is Chloe on the peacock bench. She really didn't like the other animals to ride. They really stressed her out! I thought she would love it... but she did have a good time just sitting back and relaxing!

Camdyn LoVeS her Nana! I think this pciture of them is pretty cute!

Camdyn has the most beautiful eyes! And she loves to take pictures! What a doll.

I think this picture of Chloe is pretty classic. She is still super attatched to her bink and she adores to have her woobie on her head. I have no idea why! But she can be found like this at even given time on any given day!

Here is the whole gang at the zoo. I don't remember what they were looking at... but obviously it was pretty intresting!

Ellis and Ireland really get along great. Ireland calls Ellis her "Buddy"... I think this picture is pretty stinkin' cute. Ellis just decided that he was going to hold Ireland's hand and she was just fine with it! What little cuties!

I know these pictures have been kind of random and out of order.... but I do what I can. I think you all get the idea! We had a great visit with Aunt Sissy and Camdyn! And the zoo was great fun! Hope you all enjoyed the pictures!

Playing outside and a very happy mothers day!

We got some new toys from one of our friends and the girls love them. On Saturday they wanted to go outside and play with them so bad even though it was crazy cold! They had a good time... This is a picture of Ireland playing with this twirly wind thing...who would have thought that ribbons blowing in the wind would be so much fun! Hee hee!

Chloe playing with another wind toy. They both liked them a lot!

They also got these horses... I thought they would like to play with them and their babies... but that was not the case. First thing both of them did was climb on top of them and ride them. Ireland even named her horse, the brown one, Oreo... go figure!

Here is Chloe on her horse. She didn't name her horse. But it was so funny when she would pretend to ride it she would say, "Ya Hoooo!" I think she was going for ye haw but got a littel confused. It made me laugh out loud!

We had a really fun mothers day today... Ireland was dedicated today at church and Maren, Jeff, and EmJ got to come and be there with us. They also surprised me with some beautiful flowers and a nice card. Maren knew that since Chris was gone I was kind of sad and she was so nice to take the time to make it a special day for me! I guess that is what best friends are for!
After church we went to Brighton to Gramma and Papa King's house for lunch and some gardening. I guess Gramma watned Scotty and Missy to plant her some flowers for her mothers day present. So Ireland and Chloe got to help too!
Chloe fell in love with Uncle Scotty after a few short minutes. The girls don't get to see him very much so it was fun for them to get to spend some time with him!

Here they are helping Uncle Scotty plant some flowers. Ireland loved to garden! She had a blast!

Her favorite thing was to use her watering can... She would ask Scotty ever 5 minutes or so if she could water the flowers. It was pretty cute!

I think Chloe looks pretty cute in this picture. She didn't love the flower planting like Ireland did, she kind of lost intrest. But she did like playing outside and smelling the flowers and playing with the water... the weather was great so it turned out to be a great day!

I don't know if you can tell, but Ireland fully has gardening gloves! So awesome!
Well, that was our mothers day and it was great! The only thing that would have made it better was if Chris was here... but the girls and I got to talk to him for a little bit! And that always puts a smile on our faces! We sure do miss him!

Library and lunch...

Well, those of you who really know Ireland know that she LOVES books and reading. There is a brand new library just down the street form us and she is in heaven! We have already been there 2 times since we got to Colorado. They have a great kids area with all sorts of stuff to do. So here are a few pictures from our trip there the other day... enjoy!
Ireland has a new obsession... puzzles!!! Seriously she loves them! She did this puzzle mostly by herself with some help from Ellis and the ocasional adult. But she is really getting the process of getting them together. Pretty impressive if I do say so myself! :)

Chloe enjoys the library... but not in the same way Ireland does. Chloe is slowly starting to like books... but the things she likes at the library are the couches to climb on, beanbags to throw herself on, and this little tri-angle window that she can look through... She is so funny! After about an hour this is how Chloe ended up... on the floor. This was our cue to leave! :)
Each of the girls got a book bag for their library books. I let them each pick out their own... I think this picture of Chloe is just too cute! She looks so big with her book bag on... and I think it is awesome that she picked out a bright pink surfer bag (Ireland's is a blue bag with an icecream cone on it)! Too funny!
I don't know... I just thought this picture was cute... Ireland is really into asking me to take picture of her for her Daddy... this one she told me she wanted him to see her pretty smile... so, here you go Chris, a pretty smile just for you!

And here she was being a ballarina... obviously this was first thing in the morning... I don't let the girls hangout all day with crazy hair and jammies on... I swear!!!
Chloe was giving her baby a bath in the sink. She was making the water noise and everything. She is really into playing with babies and being a "mommy" now. What a big girl!

Washing the baby's hair!

Ok... Chloe ADORES lemons!! She always wants to eat them whenever we go out to eat... but she is kinda weird about it... She won't eat my lemons... only Chris'. I swear! She will ask for mine and I give it to her, she'll just put it down or back in my glass and ask for Daddy's. So I told her this was Daddy's lemon and she ate it all up... she is so weird!

She really does love them. I like this picture because you can tell she has eaten all the flesh... only the peel is left! hahaha! :)

And then there is Ireland... her and Nana were looking at 2 things that look alike and finding all the differences. I love this picture because it captures Ireland's ture personality... very studious (yes, even at age 3) and only always intrested in whateven is in fornt of her!
Well, I hope you enjoyed our pictures! We love Daddy and miss him lots!

We miss our Daddy!

Yea!!! We finally got a new camera and a way to get our fabulous pictures on the computer!!! So now you all get to see beautiful pictures of our beautiful daughters!!!! Now that Chris is deployed you all will see a lot of blogs! I am going to try and get some pictures posted every other day or so... that way Chris can see his little girls all he wants! :)

I thought this picture was just too cute of Chloe! I took it last night before bed and she was being such a ham!
Ireland is so funny with pictures now... she totally poses! She asked me to take a picture of her giving a kissing face for her Daddy... she really does miss him a lot!!

One of Chloe's favorite things to do is put her woobie on her head... she thinks she is so funny! I think she is just a nut! :)

Ireland was being so funny last night before bed... dancing around and doing some "PT" because she had on her "daddy jammies".

Here they are both doing their "PT"... Chloe said she was doing push-ups like daddy and Ireland was doing flutter kicks... Daddy would be so proud!

This is a duck that Chloe got to "make" for her birthday... she named him Blue (don't ask cause I don't have any clue why)... but she just loves him! She loves on him every night when she goes to bed and gives it lots of kisses... I sprayed it with Chris' "smell" and she will smell as soon as I put her to bed and she says, "I love you Daddy!!" She really misses her Daddy... this time away won't go fast enough for her... or any of us!!!

Ireland got a "big girl" bed when we moved to Nana's house and she LOVES it!!! She wanted to show it off for everyone! So here it is! I think you can tell how proud she is in this picture! her face just lights up!

Well, I hope you enjoyed the pictures! Sorry they are all from the same night... but we just got the new camera! I promise I will get more of a variety up soon!

And please don't forget to keep Chris and all the other soldiers in your prayers! Please pray that the next 15 months will go by in a flash!!! Love you all!!
